mixed experience at this hotel

extensive breakfastjammed doorbroken showerhead
the breakfast spread was extensive, i have to admit.
The room had maintenance issues. the bathroom sliding door was jammed. The showerhead in the bathtub was broken. it seems these issues were not addressed beforehand, which i found disappointing.

I was a bit annoyed by a couple of things . The bathroom had limited counter space. It was difficult to manage toiletries for two people. the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear noise from the hallway, especially early in the morning. It definitely disrupted my sleep.

i had access to the executive lounge . the lounge has great views from all areas. i found the food delicious and the variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks plentiful. all the staff i interacted with addressed me by name, it was a personal touch i noticed.
the room service was a little slow, but it was a busy night. the timing wasn't as efficient as i expected.

the hotel has indoor access to the central station, this is convenient. it's easy to reach various parts of the city because of the rail connections. the proximity to transport hubs adds great value.

a decent stay

cute decorationcrowded location
i stayed in october 2024. the hotel upgraded my room to an executive room. abdul from housekeeping on the 31st floor kept everything clean and provided extra water upon request. he even created some cute decorations for our room.
the hotel seemed crowded. this may be due to its proximity to the central station. the personalized whatsapp service felt impersonal. different staff replied over the duration of my inquiry, and responses sounded like a bot.
